We were very happy to donate Cars/Time/Our Trucks to (LYAC) Lewiston Youth Advisory Council, for one of the best real life educational projects we were so proud to be a small part of this history.
This Council of Young Leaders came up with the idea to recreate the Drunk Driving Safety Film that has been unchanged since 1969, the old film was so old that it was like watching comedy to todays youth.
This DVD is "the closest thing the to real as you will ever witness". It takes you on a realistic journey from good old careless school day fun life before, tragedy during and the aftermath gilt and damage to many people, along with a lesson of what could have be done to avoid it all. "It was very emotional and nicely produced"
It was so good of a job that the State of Maine approved it to be used as an educational tool to replace the old movie. We took it to our State Towing Association who agreed to fund ($2,000) to LYAC to pay for the production, starting of the website and to buy and send one copy to every public high school in the state of Maine and leaving them with 100 copies to sell and use the income to fund their future projects.
