            When it's about Children Locked in cars it is our Company's major commitment to provide Rug-Rat Recovery to this community, like we have since the first day we opened, over 21 years ago!

We Unlock the vehicles FREE, we get the call from the 911 Comm. Center and we drop what ever it is we are doing and respond to the call as it is emergency.

We Unlock the door to release the child and write up the info as No Charge. We nick named this service Rug-Rat Recovery and we average about 30 calls a year.

We have received a few phones calls thanking the company and driver, even few letters of Thanks. Once they wrote an article on our service in a small town paper of Sabattus. (one & only article in 21 years).

We do not do it for the money or the advertising, truth be told most of the people we service think that the Police department paid us to do the work.

Our reasons are a bit selfish, because we do it mainly for that great feeling we get when we unlock the door and release that innocent child to their loved one and the driver gets to 

(feel like a hero, for 2 minutes). That is priceless.
